Entering Options > Keyboard and Mouse > Configure Keys, you are able to create a keybind for "Fast Forward" (a good bind would be the "Z"-Button on a keyboard with the standard qwerty-layout). Pressing that button will make the ingame time pass faster; this is especially helpful when taking an elevator or when using the playback tool (

Keep in mind, though, that every sound, including music and dialogue, will be inaudible.
